Day 1: Arrival to Entebbe and transfer to the hotel
Arrival at the Airport, meet and greet with your guide later be transferred by your guide to
the hotel, check-in and overnight at 2friends hotel
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park enroute visit Ziwa Sanctuary to track Rhinos
Morning pick up by your driver/guide at 8.00 a.m. and you will then head to Uganda’s
largest National Park, Murchison Falls National Park. It is Uganda’s biggest and oldest
National Park, with breathtaking scenic allure and landscapes.
Lunch stops along the way. You will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to
track Rhinos.

Arrival at the park reception for check in and briefing. Do a short game drive if still early
later transfer to the lodge for check-in. Dinner and overnight at Murchison River lodge

Day 3: Full day game drive in search for the big 5 animals
In the morning you will have breakfast before going for a game drive in the park’s Northern
area to see the animals like the Buffaloes, Lions, and Elephants. Other animals you will see
include Rothschild giraffes, Bushbucks, Warthogs, Waterbucks and a great diversity of
other Antelopes in large numbers. You will have packed lunch box, soft drinks and enough
water on board so you won’t come back to the hotel for lunch.
This park is a habitat to more than 76 mammals species among which Giraffes, Lions,
Elephants, leopards, Buffaloes, spotted Hyenas and Warthogs, together with Jackals, are
commonly spotted. Over 450 species of Bird live within the park including water birds,
raptors and the well-known shoebill stork. Among the reptiles are snakes commonly seen
preyed on by birds, giant Nile Crocodiles as well as savannah Monitors. There are also
several primates in the Budongo forest among which are Chimpanzees, red tailed
monkeys, Bush babies, Black & White Colobus Monkeys plus the L’ hoest Monkeys.
After game drive you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Morning game drive & boat cruise and the hike to the top of the falls
After an early hot cup of tea / coffee leave for an early morning game drive looking for the
early morning riser. You will look for buffaloes, oribi, elephants, hyena, Rothschild giraffes,
lions, Kobs and waterbucks together with birds.
Head back and rest at the lodge till lunch time. In the afternoon have a Boat ride along the
Victoria Nile to the base of the falls. Return for dinner and the overnight at the lodge.
You will return to the lodge for lunch and later in the afternoon go for the thrilling boat
cruise, This Boat ride on River Nile goes for 3 hours and you sail close to the bottom of the
falls and while on this cruise you will see various birds, numerous hippos, and giant Nile
crocodiles plus some other animals grazing close to the banks. You will be able to see
different bird species within this area. Hike to the top of the falls.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & afternoon Game Drive
After breakfast to the lodge, check-out and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The
park is renowned for its diverse wildlife such as hippos, kobs, buffaloes as well as
elephants, plus various bird species. Thereafter you will commence on your journey to
Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will check into the lodge for your overnight stay. You
will do an afternoon game drive in search for different anaimals including the big 5
animals.

Day 6: Game Drive & Boat Ride along the Kazinga Channel
After breakfast, your guide together with a game ranger will take you on a game drive to
the northern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Kasenyi track in search
for lions, hyenas, buffaloes, leopards, waterbucks, bushbucks, Uganda Kob plus many bird
species including ibis, fish eagles and vultures etc. You will head back to your lodge for
relaxation and lunch.
After lunch, you will embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel – a natural channel
that connects Lakes George and Edward. On the cruise, view great numbers of wildlife
including elephants, crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes and large numbers of birds like eagles,
kingfishers, eaglets converging at the channel waters to enjoy a sip of the natural waters.
You will then be driven back to the hotel for the dinner and overnight.

Day 7: TRANSFER TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK VIA ISHASHA – TREE CLIMBING LIONS
Have breakfast at the hotel and check out, then set off for Bwindi NP through the Ishasha
sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park – famously known for its resident tree-climbing
lions, where lions are sleeping the day away in the Fig and Acacia Trees found here.
The chance of spotting these lions is about 70% though sometimes they are really hard to
spot (most especially when they’re down in the grassland looking for prey). Hoping you get
the chance to spot them, the sight will be spectacular! Tree Climbing Lions are a rarity in
Africa.
Continue to Bwindi National Park. Bwindi is a big habitat for mountain gorillas in Uganda;
harboring an estimated 400 mountain gorillas – roughly half of the world’s population,
including several habituated groups, which can be tracked. Its mist-covered hillsides are
blanketed by one of Uganda’s oldest and most biologically diverse rainforests, which dates
back over 25,000 years and contains almost 400 species of plants.
With a strenuous day ahead, you will do less on arrival but just check in your
accommodation, relax as you prepare for the Bwindi gorilla trekking experience the

Day 8: GORILLA TRACKING AND BATWA TRAIL – Visit pygmies
After an early breakfast and a briefing by a ranger guide, you will enter the gorilla
sanctuary for your adventure. The beauty of this rain forest is spectacular! The area offers
dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but crisscrossed by numerous
animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain vary with the
movements of these great primates. Once you locate a gorilla group, you will be allowed an
hour in their presence. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered
giants is an awesome, exciting experience to be long savored.

Day 9: Transfer to Entebbe & afternoon at leisure at Lake Victoria
